FAQs

We’ve rounded up some frequently asked questions and answers. Click each tile to explore the answer. Still have a questions? Email us!

What are the eligibility requirements?

We welcome aspiring coaches working toward ICF certification, newly credentialed coaches, and experienced coaches passionate about women's empowerment. All coaches must complete our application and onboarding process, which includes background verification and program orientation.

Do I need to be a woman to coach with Women With Potential (WWP)?

No. We believe people of all genders can support and empower women in meaningful ways.

Are international coaches eligible to apply?

Yes. We welcome international coaches! Please note, all our clients are based in the U.S., so we ask coaches to be available during U.S. time zones.

What time commitment is required?

You’ll meet with each client for two 45–60 minute sessions per month. You set your own schedule in collaboration with each client and can coach as many clients as you feel comfortable managing.

Can I work with multiple clients at once?

We recommend coaches still working on their credentials start with one client for their first three months. Already credentialed clients can begin with up to three clients for the first three months. After the 3-month probationary period, a coach may take on more clients.

Can I coach with WWP after my initial 6-month engagement?

Whether you are taking on one or multiple clients at a time, coaches can work with us for as long as they choose to.

What’s in the swag box?

WWP swag is part of our creative fundraising initiative, made in collaboration with independent artists. Each swag box varies but has real monetary value—making your hours eligible as paid (not pro bono) for ICF credentialing. We'll request your sizing before shipping any wearables!
