Our Origin Story
Career development wasn't built with women in mind. We're done waiting.
It all started when a group of women came together to ask the question, how can we help other women in their careers?
We were tired of fluffy conferences that left us inspired but empty-handed. Tired of "networking events" that felt more like sales pitches than genuine support. Tired of watching incredibly capable women get passed over for roles they more than deserved.
Here's what we knew had to change: Women needed real support in real time – not another motivational quote or generic career advice, but actual tools and strategies they could use immediately.
So, we built Women With Potential from the ground up, designed by women who've been there, for women who are living it right now, and doing our best to lift every voice - not only our own.
Every program we create, every connection we facilitate, every conversation we have serves one purpose: giving women practical support and actionable next steps when you need them most.
Because when women have access to real guidance and genuine community, we don't just advance our own careers – we change the entire game.
