No! Our clients have a multitude of backgrounds and career challenges. Some of these challenges also intersect with experiences outside of work. We accept a wide array of coaching specialties.

We recommend templates provided by the ICF. In many cases, the same contract you use for your paid clients may apply. We also have templated verbiage for the portions of your contract that discuss payment rates.

One of the many creative ways WWP fundraises is through a merch line created in collaboration with artists. Your swag for each assignment will be a surprise, but we’ll be sure to ask you for sizing before we send any wearables!

We recommend coaches still working on their credentials start with one client for their first three months. Already credentialed clients can begin with up to three clients for the first three months. After the 3-month probationary period, a coach may take on more clients.

Yes! Whether you are taking on one or multiple clients at a time, coaches can work with us for as long as they choose to.

No! We believe folks from all walks can support women.

We welcome international coaches to apply! As a US-based nonprofit, we only currently source US-based clients. Therefore we expect that all coaches support our clients’ schedules.

It’s a mix! We find our clients through social media, referrals, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and our community.

Yes! We are actively building an online coaching community for ongoing support. In addition to the templates and guidebook provided, you can reach out to our team at any time with questions or in need of support.

We review completed applications within three (3) weeks. Once reviewed and approved, we will initiate the coaching contract within two (2) business days. Once signed, we will begin the matching process right away. If there are clients on the waitlist, you may be matched right away.

To provide the coach and client with the utmost autonomy, we ask the coaches to send invites and work with the client to find the best time and schedule. We do have a recommendation of free and low-cost technologies for coaches to use.

We encourage our coaches and clients to work on the best time for them. The only requirement is two coaching sessions per month for 45-60 minutes.
